OVERVIEW

We’re working with a global private equity firm to hire a Payroll Analyst who will play a critical role in overseeing both domestic and international payroll operations. This role blends hands-on payroll execution with cross-functional collaboration across HR, Finance, and external vendors. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the complexity of global payroll and wants to take on additional responsibilities in reporting and compliance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Payroll Operations: Process U.S. semi-monthly payroll and manage monthly payrolls across multiple international entities. Review inputs, reconcile reports, track fringe benefits, and oversee accurate disbursements using ADP and Workday platforms
  • Cross-Functional Support: Partner with HR and Finance on employee data changes, benefit deductions, audit support, and accounting close activities
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Serve as point of contact for global payroll vendors and in-country service providers; manage escalations and maintain strong working relationships
  • Compliance & Reporting: Assist in monthly close activities, ensure adherence to local tax regulations, support quarterly/year-end tax filings, and provide clean, audit-ready payroll data
  • Process Improvement: Lead system implementations, streamline reporting tools, and continuously evaluate procedures to drive accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-4 years of payroll experience, including exposure to international payroll
  • Strong knowledge of wage & hour laws, payroll taxes, and benefits administration
  • Excellent Excel skills; ADP Workforce Now and Workday a plus
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) a plus but not required
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $97,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
