What will you be doing: Manage the payroll team as well as take responsibility for processing payroll in Israel and entities abroad (over 1,000 employees). Be the focal point and interface with HR regarding all aspects reflected in payroll. Analyze variances in payroll elements and report to management. Ensures global SOX internal control compliance Work closely with payroll professionals in various locations overseas Work with insurance companies and manage employee social benefits Requirements 10+ years of experience Global Payroll experience from varied locations - a must! Advanced knowledge of equity-based rewards Proficient with MS applications (strong Excel skills required) and Hilan Knowledge of Papaya – an advantage Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Ability to work independently in accordance with established policies and regulations. Experience leading a team. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritize workload. Experience as a payroll manager in large organizations is an advantage.
Responsibilities
The Global Payroll Manager will manage the payroll team and be responsible for processing payroll for over 1,000 employees across Israel and international entities. This role involves ensuring global SOX internal control compliance and acting as the main interface with HR on all payroll-related matters.
