Are you a seasoned professional ready to strategically shape global People & Payroll Operations? Here at RingGo, part of EasyPark Group we are looking for a Global Payroll & People Operations Manager on a 6 months fixed term contract to join our team.
This pivotal leadership position puts you in charge of ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across all our global entities, while continuously enhancing our HR operations to strategically support our rapidly expanding international workforce. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our global employee experience, leveraging your expertise to streamline processes and enhance efficiency on a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize the end-to-end global payroll process, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant international regulations and internal policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within payroll and people operations worldwide, identifying and implementing automation and efficiency gains across all regions.
  • Strategically manage and optimize our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and maximizing its full functionality for global payroll and HR operations.
  • Forge strong collaborations with internal stakeholders across various global business units, including HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless and integrated operations.
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls and comprehensive audit procedures for global payroll.
  • Inspire and mentor a large global team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of global payroll legislation and best practices, proactively ensuring our processes remain compliant and highly competitive on an international level.
