Your tasks:

• Management and optimization of national and international payroll in a defined area
• Managing our external payroll service providers
• Contact person for employees and managers regarding national and international payroll matters
• Handling of billing-related processes in labor, tax and social security law
• Independent development of new topics and preparation of this knowledge for you and our team.
• Clarifying accounting processes and actively contributing to monthly and annual financial statements on an HR side round out your responsibilities.

You bring the following:

• Relevant and proven knowledge in the field of personnel administration, payroll accounting or wage accounting (national and international)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting (account reconciliation, etc.) is necessary.
• Knowledge of the laws and regulations governing payroll (e.g., German tax and social security law)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• You possess excellent communication skills – fluent German and English skills are required – coupled with an independent, organized and team-oriented work style.
