Description

Position Summary The Global Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries. This role serves as the primary liaison between HR, Finance, and external payroll providers, ensuring adherence to local regulations while supporting a seamless employee experience. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor, tax, and wage & hour regulations. * Maintain payroll data, including auditing employee changes (new hires, terminations, salary updates, benefits, and deductions). * Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure proper payroll funding, accounting, and reporting. * Act as secondary contact with global payroll vendors and oversee service delivery. * Perform payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting to ensure data integrity. * Monitor legislative changes and partner with vendors to implement regulatory updates. * Support year-end payroll processes, including tax filings, W-2s, T4s, P60s, or equivalent country-specific forms. * Handle employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and accuracy acting on escalated tickets from the HR Service Center. * Assist with global payroll projects, such as system implementations, integrations, and process improvements. * Provide payroll reporting and analytics as requested by leadership. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. * 3–5 years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in global or multi-country payroll. * Strong knowledge of international payroll compliance and statutory requirements. * Experience with payroll/HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). * Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel. * High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Payroll certifications (e.g., CPP, CIPP, GPA) are a plus.
