TP24 is seeking an experienced and dynamic Global HR Business PartnerHead of People & Culture to drive our people and culture strategy on a global scaleacross our global business – Australia, Switzerland & UK. This pivotal role will be based in Manchester, UK, and requires a hands-on leader who can seamlessly balance strategic input—such as defining and shaping people and culture policies—with the operational expertise to implement and own these processes.
The ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves, ensuring HR People & Culture initiatives are embedded effectively across the business while contributing to our long-term vision.   • Hands-On Approach: Proven capability to manage and execute HR people and culture processes, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.
  • Organisational Change Management: Skilled in driving change initiatives, supporting organizational organisational transformation, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes
