TP24 is seeking an experienced and dynamic Global HR Business PartnerHead of People & Culture to drive our people and culture strategy on a global scaleacross our global business – Australia, Switzerland & UK. This pivotal role will be based in Manchester, UK, and requires a hands-on leader who can seamlessly balance strategic input—such as defining and shaping people and culture policies—with the operational expertise to implement and own these processes.
The ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves, ensuring HR People & Culture initiatives are embedded effectively across the business while contributing to our long-term vision.
