We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Global People Partner to support, guide, and collaborate with leaders across our global teams. This role combines strategic partnership, people operations, and cultural leadership, with responsibility for developing and executing People initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and alignment across the organization. This is a high-impact position that plays a central role in shaping organizational culture, supporting managers, and fostering growth across multiple regions. Leadership & Manager Support Serve as a strategic partner to managers across Israel, the U.S., Argentina, Brazil, Spain, and India. Advise on employee relations, team dynamics, organizational structure, and performance. Provide culturally aware and locally compliant people solutions. Employee Lifecycle Management Lead and improve onboarding processes globally. Drive performance management cycles, employee development plans, and coaching programs. Support leadership development and learning initiatives. Manage offboarding processes with professionalism and integrity. Talent & Recruitment Partnership Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and external recruiters in multiple regions. Define hiring needs, create job profiles, and participate in critical interviews. Support global workforce planning and talent strategy. People Operations & Compliance Oversee employment documentation, compensation processes, benefits, and payroll coordination with regional vendors. Ensure compliance with labor laws across all regions of operation. Work with legal advisors and HR service providers to maintain global consistency. Culture & Employee Experience Lead engagement initiatives and build strong cross-cultural alignment. Champion employee experience programs and foster a positive, inclusive environment. Strengthen company values and support culture-building activities across regions. Strategic People Projects Implement and manage global People programs (performance, compensation, learning, benefits). Create and maintain standardized global People policies and procedures. Partner closely with executive leadership on organizational design and global expansion. Requirements 5+ years of experience as an HRBP / People Partner. Proven experience in a global role, partnering with managers across multiple regions. Strong coaching skills and the ability to influence senior leaders. Experience with the U.S. market or additional international markets — a significant advantage. Exceptional English (written and verbal). Ability to lead projects independently and work in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Experience building People processes from the ground up — strong advantage. Familiarity with global labor laws and People operations. High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.
