Description

Contribute to the implementation of new systems or tools, including managing change and preparing documentation. Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues in reporting to ensure data integrity. A bachelor's degree in any field is required. Preferably 3-4 years of experience in HR reporting, People analytics, or reporting Familiarity with HR systems and databases preferably Oracle Human Capital Management system. (OTBI) Strong analytical skills with proven experience in delivering People and HR reports. Advanced knowledge Excel and proficiency data visualization tools. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present insights effectively. Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work on rotating shifts and adapt to organizational changes. Knowledge of compliance standards and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
