Description
Developing and Delivering Reports: Create, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc People and HR reports, including metrics such as headcount, turnover, diversity, employee engagement, and other key indicators. Ensure that data sources and reporting methodologies are consistent with organizational standards. Analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues in reporting to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with colleagues across teams to address data issues and discrepancies promptly. Ensure all reports align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, including data privacy standards like GDPR. Participate in or lead projects aimed at enhancing reporting systems, workflows, and processes within the GSSC People Services team. Contribute to the implementation of new systems or tools, including managing change and preparing documentation. A bachelor's degree in any field. Preferably, you should have 3-4 years of experience in People teams, preferably in People Shared Services, or relevant customer service experience. A good understanding of the Shared Services concept and its key deliverables is necessary. You should possess the ability to prioritize and complete workloads within a high-pressure environment. Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining professional networks is advantageous. Excellent communication skills are vital, as you will be interacting with employees and managers at all levels. Willingness to work on different shifts. Flexibility and adaptability to change are important qualities for this role. The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment is essential. Advanced knowledge of HRIS, preferably with experience in Oracle HCM, is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is necessary. You should be able to easily adapt to the organization's work rules and processes. The ability to work independently and manage basic tasks while meeting service quality and turnaround objectives is crucial. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Being process-oriented and having keen attention to detail are important aspects of this role. Knowledge of compliance standards and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
