About the Role
As part of the Global PLM Team, the Global Portfolio Leader – Kitchen Care & Fabric Care will play a critical role in driving our global product lifecycle strategy, delivering a harmonized, competitive and sustainable product offering.

This leadership role focuses on aligning and streamlining product portfolios across the Kitchen Care and Fabric Care categories with clear commercial and operational objectives:

  • Delivering differentiating products and superior customer value
  • Building a lean and simplified portfolio
  • Accelerating growth and maximizing profitability

You will lead the global development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with sector priorities and commercial teams across regions. A key focus will be on executing the Head, Body, Tail strategy, delivering harmonized Corporate Account Value Offers, and leading global Fast Track Projects to support innovation and new product introduction (NPI) targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global portfolio strategies for KC, MWW, and FC, in alignment with growth and profitability objectives
  • Simplify and streamline the global portfolio in line with the Head, Body, Tail approach
  • Lead prioritization and implementation of global and regional Fast Track projects
  • Personally drive one high-impact global Fast Track initiative
  • Build and coordinate a highly engaged, cross-functional global network to execute portfolio strategies
  • Define and enhance Value Offers, including digital solutions such as IntelliDish and IntelliLinen
  • Provide business cases and strategic input for additional DD&D solutions complementing the portfolio
  • Manage relationships with global OEM partners, ensuring Diversey product approvals for key customer groups
  • Act as a strategic partner to sector leaders and regional teams to support execution excellence

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in business, engineering, science, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B portfolio, product or project management, ideally in hygiene, cleaning, or related industries
  • Proven experience in at least two of the three portfolios: Kitchen Care, Mechanical Warewash, Fabric Care
  • Experience in leading cross-functional, international projects and managing stakeholders across regions
  • Strong understanding of internal commercialization processes and product lifecycle from development to delivery
  • Knowledge of the needs of key sectors including QSR, Foodservice, Convenience and Hospitality
  • Excellent project management, prioritization and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
