How you’ll make an impact: You will participate in a structured rotational program across different departments and business units within Hitachi's power solutions portfolio (e.g., engineering, project management, sales, R&D, manufacturing). You will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative power generation, transmission, and distribution solutions, assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring for large-scale energy infrastructure projects, conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the power industry. You will support the sales and marketing teams in developing proposals and presentations for clients worldwide, collaborate with international teams and stakeholders on cross-functional projects, engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs. You will prepare reports and presentations on project progress, findings, and recommendations, adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Power, Energy, Industrial), or a related field. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities. Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally and relocate as required for rotational assignments, demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude and prior internship or project experience in the energy industry is a significant advantage. Proficiency in English (written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is a plus.
