ROLE NAME: Global PR & AR Manager / Global Public Relations & Analyst Relations Manager LOCATION: India Remote or Hybrid OVERVIEW TaskUs is seeking a highly motivated and execution-first Public Relations (PR) and Analyst Relations (AR) Manager to support external communications efforts. This key role will be responsible for managing and executing PR and AR strategy to enhance TaskUs’s brand visibility, thought leadership and go to market effectiveness. RESPONSIBILITIES Public Relations - Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a proactive PR strategy aligned to TaskUs company goals and objectives to drive positive media coverage across business, technology and culture focused publications in multiple geographies Content Development & Story Telling: Lead and support creation of media pitches, press releases, executive briefing materials, by lines and PR content in line with TaskUs branding and marketing strategy Agency Collaboration: Work with PR agencies in multiple regions to ensure effectiveness, program execution, brand & message alignment and performance Social Media Amplification: Devise and execute strategies to amplify PR content on social media channels Analyst Relations- Program Management: Drive the global analyst relations and influencer relations program with key industry analysts, firms and influencers Research Participation: Coordinate and manage analyst briefings, inquiries and report submissions relevant to TaskUs’ services and operations Insights & Communications: Use analyst research material to generate insights to maximize the impact of the AR program in marketing, sales and operations Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting- Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with global growth marketing, sales, operations and SMEs to execute PR and AR program Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track, measure and report on the effectiveness of the PR and AR program using best practices. QUALIFICATIONS/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience: 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, analyst relations, journalism or related fields. Experience in PR execution in multiple countries where TaskUs functions is desired, especially North America and India. Existing media relations in US and/or India is a plus Experience in managing analyst relations for technology services providers, including managing analyst communications, RFI submissions and generating intelligence from analyst research. Experience in working with B2B influencers is a plus Industry Knowledge: Proven experience B2B marketing for enterprise customers in BPO, technology, IT/ITES, enterprise software or high-growth company environment Communication Skills: Exception written, verbal communications skills and editing skills in English Program and Agency Management: Demonstrable experience in managing and directing PR agencies and external consultants including measuring performance and reporting Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple stakeholders within defined program parameters Strategic & Creative: Ability to develop a high-impact strategy while demonstrating "Be Ridiculous" creativity in storytelling and media approach. Execution Excellence: Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and "Always Strive for Excellence." Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
