MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in GTM planning, or in Cloud Public Sector in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience in delivering scaled GTM motions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience selling Cloud products.
  • Experience with content creation and narrative development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import/export talent and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
  • Ability to define/execute GTM processes, analytics, and reporting to scale the business.
  • Excellent presentation skills, ability to deliver a business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and Board levels.

Responsibilities
  • Own the construction and implementation of GTM Public Sector plays for your specific product portfolio.
  • Drive strategic decision-making by leveraging analysis and insights, aligning project portfolios and Go-to-Market (GTM) plans with company strategy to achieve growth targets for Public Sector.
  • Support the design and implementation of integrated GTM Public Sector blueprints across the full ecosystem (industries, solutions, partnerships, services, enablement, compensation), collaborating with Practice Lead to balance efficiency and growth.
  • Oversee the GTM Public Sector portfolio, continuously monitor business performance, diagnose issues, and recommend new approaches based on results and data-driven insights.
  • Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking to incorporate industry best practices, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Practice Lead to inform strategic alignment.
