We are seeking a Global Pricing Manager / Head of Commercial Finance. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing global pricing strategies that optimize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness across all product lines and services. This role spans all international markets, requiring close coordination with regional and country-level stakeholders, and provides full financial support for competitive bids and commercial strategy execution. You’ll also provide expert financial support for our largest clients and pursuits, including profitability audits and recommendations for rebid/tender scenarios.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: You will develop and maintain sophisticated pricing models, providing financial information to leadership for key business decisions including in-depth financial analysis of pricing performance including revenue, gross margin, CLTV and ROI for pricing initiatives.
  • Strategic Pricing & Execution: Lead the creation and execution of global pricing strategies, adapting them to local market conditions and ensuring compliance with local regulations and tax implications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional finance and sales teams to ensure consistency in pricing methodology and process execution across markets. You will also provide training and support on pricing tools and policies to regional teams.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Collect, analyze, and report accurate and timely data to provide recommendations on pricing, tracking key KPIs and highlighting variances to achieve financial objectives.
