As part of a wider HR transformation programme as a result of the spin-off of Siemens Energy from Siemens and the integration of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert in Compensation & Benefits Administration Processes in our transformation initiatives, ensuring process and system design is aligned with our HR Services strategy and the services provided by our external partners are adequate and at level of quality expected by the business. This role is key to HR Operations as well as Siemens Energy as a global player with 99,000 employees in 90+ countries.
