EXPERIENCE:

  • Direct experience in Opex and/or GTN Controlling
  • Proven track record of implementation of Processes/Systems
  • Leading process improvement/agile projects
  • Diverse working experience supporting: Commercial, Research & Development, Manufacturing & Supply businesses, and time spent outside Finance Function
  • Process enablement with AI/Machine Learning
  • Experience of working in a Global Business Services environment desirable

Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process Ownership: Manage key Controlling processes, including PO & non-PO OPEX accruals, allocations, and CAPEX accruals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead process enhancements, internal controls, and automation initiatives.
  • Training & Compliance: Maintain training materials and ensure processes align with internal control and compliance standards.
  • Core Model Governance: Review and document process levels, manage exceptions, and implement best practices.
  • Innovation & Technology: Drive automation and implement relevant technologies to optimize finance operations.
  • Global Projects: Support finance transformation projects, technology rollouts, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships across regions, ensuring standardization and alignment with key functions.
  • Process Expertise: Provide guidance to Global Delivery Centers and regional teams, ensuring best practices are shared.

You will have a key role in:

  • Ensuring consistent adoption of optimized processes, implemented across all regions
  • Continuously improving process efficiency, promoting best practices and performance mindset, fostering user experience, and enhancing compliance
  • Leading core model implementation and change management, notably in bundling activities in regional hubs
  • Drive efficiency through automation, leveraging new digital technologies
  • Delivering global projects in his/her functional area, aiming at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes
  • Overseeing the process performance across the different geographies and providing input into how it can be further improved
  • Overseeing the portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives managed in the different regions & global delivery centers
  • In building a strong and efficient relationship and communication with all process stakeholder
