Global Process Lead (m/f/d) Product Stewardship hybrid / remote
We have undertaken an initiative to implement SAP S/4HANA and define one set of business processes for global operations, Mone-G. The goal of Mone-G is to bring one common template, standardized end-to-end processes, one ERP system and standard data across the enterprise.
Benefits of Mone-G include an Automated End-to-end global process, Centralized data governance & data quality standards, agile data availability, future-ready architecture, consolidation of ERP systems, and Global Knowledge sharing. This will lead to reduced complexity of processes/system and data.
In this position you provide specific business process (functional and/or technical) expertise to the Mone-G project in their respective process area. Key accountabilities include requirements collections across all business groups and regions, global design of to-be process, data definition, solution testing, and deployment of solution.
There is no relocation needed, any country in the EU where any location is set, could be possible.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a related Business area. Ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Additionally, if you work in Digital: several years’ experience as IT project manager, ERP functional consultant or similar role related to technology implementations to support business processes
  • Strong knowledge in the Product Stewardship processes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on time
  • Experience in use of Microsoft Office
  • High degree of commitment and resilience
  • ERP System experience including technical architecture, data models and configuration (preferably SAP)
  • Proven experience in acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executive teams
  • Solid business processes acumen and understanding of business process frameworks
  • Ability to create and maintain structure and provide data driven transparency to enable decision making
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization in English, further languages are appreciated
  • Proven experience in successfully influencing business- and functional teams in an international environment

Responsibilities
  • Provide business process knowledge for a specific area to the Mone-G project across all businesses in all regions and input to future-state design (including custom development) for specific process area
  • Assists in development of functional requirements, the establishment of master data, definition of conversion requirements, development and execution of test scripts, and development of training materials across all regions and businesses
  • Review and approve business requirements
  • Identify and document change impacts of the target design
  • Assists with the delivery of organizational readiness activities including but not limited to business process walkthroughs, training delivery, and post-implementation (on-site) support
  • Actively supports and/or participates in the delivery of operational readiness activities including but not limited to business process walkthroughs, educational/training delivery, and post-implementation (on-site) management support
  • Communicates information and feedback between the project and the business
  • Engage additional resources on an ad-hoc basis to perform specific tasks or provide information to the project team
