Overview:
Your mission: you as a Global Process Optimization Lead will drive the strategic transformation of global business processes, with a focus on the core processes and systems (SFDC, SAP, Workday). As the bridge between process excellence and IT enablement, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end process standardization, automation and you will focus on aligning processes across key functions (RTR, OTC, PTP, H2R) with system capabilities while ensuring compliance with SOX regulations. The ideal candidate will collaborate extensively with Business Operations, Finance Operations, IT Operations, and COE to drive efficiency, governance, and adoption of best practices globally.
The role requires a deep understanding of business process optimization, CRM and ERP knowledge (particularly SAP S/4HANA), and a proven ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
What you’ll do at UiPath:

QUALIFICATIONS& EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of experience in process optimization, CRM and/or ERP implementation, or a similar role, with a focus on SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading global projects and process optimization initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of sales, finance, procurement and other core business functions in the context of ERP systems
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and change management frameworks
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
