About this Position What you´ll do Implement the global Leadership & Learning strategy, standards, and processes while taking regional requirements into account Own and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including system optimization, reporting, user administration, and access rights management As part of the overall process ownership, support the implementation of a new cloud-based LMS, including user experience, processes, documentation, reporting, and authorization concepts Collaborate closely with GBS+ Learning Operations to ensure and continuously improve processes and operational workflows Manage global training data and reporting, and analyze key learning KPIs to measure effectiveness and business impact. Drive regional Leadership & Learning initiatives, promote best-practice sharing, and manage escalations where required. Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration within the Learning Community Identify future learning needs and develop innovative learning solutions to address evolving business requirements.
