Description
Oversee RBPS Program Governance and support ongoing quality improvements, including performance metrics. Provide leadership, direction, and education for both RBPS and IH programs. Implement and monitor RBPS and IH policies and communicate expectations to all partners. Maintain program support through continuous interaction with senior leaders. Lead sharing and implementation of standard methodologies across global sites. Conduct RBPS compliance audits and IH surveys to identify and mitigate hazards. Develop and implement industrial hygiene strategies including worker health hazard assessments and chemical hygiene plans. Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions for occupational hazards and incidents. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations for both RBPS and IH initiatives. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement hazard mitigation solutions. Develop systems to capture and propagate best-known practices globally. Ensure compliance with government health and safety laws and complete required reports. Manage changes in program scope and drive closure to gaps in safety metrics. Calibrate and use equipment for worksite characterization such as noise dosimeters and air sampling trains. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, technology design, or environmental/health roles. Minimum 3 years of experience implementing RBPS. Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) required. Extensive experience with hazard assessment, root cause investigation, and data analysis. Strong technical expertise in CCPS and RAGAGEP standards. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematic drawings and technical renderings. Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and geographies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Workfront. Experience in applying IH practices in the semiconductor industry is strongly recommended. Ability to interpret and apply occupational health and safety regulations.
