In this role, you will lead commercial and sourcing activities for global IT software, hardware and telecommunications spend.   Reporting to the Global Category Manager, you will define and execute the global category strategy for your spend scope, using Nestlé’s strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies. Drive value creation through total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements, risk mitigation and innovation initiatives. Own the global supplier strategy, lead negotiations, and build long-term partnerships to strengthen commercial excellence and operational resilience. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed category plans into budgets, forecasts and price planning. Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s Corporate Business Principles, policies and standards.     What makes you successful   Proven procurement experience in regional or global category management—ideally in IS/IT (software, hardware, telecoms) or adjacent digital services. Experience working in multinational environments with large-scale spend and complex operating models. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners. Strong supplier management capabilities, including negotiation, communication and influencing at senior levels. Demonstrated use of risk management and responsible sourcing practices across the supplier lifecycle. Track record of driving change in complex, matrixed organizations.
