Position summary As a Global Procurement Manager – Vitamins, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of this critical category worldwide. A day in a life of a Global Procurement Manager – Vitamins Define and implement the category strategy, utilizing strategic sourcing processes, tools, and policies. Drive value creation through TCO, risk mitigation, innovation, and sustainability initiatives. Own supplier strategy, negotiations, and long-term partnerships at global level, and lead initiatives to enhance commercial excellence and operational resilience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain) to align procurement strategies with business needs. Leverage advanced analytics and digital tools to improve spend visibility, optimize supplier performance, and implement agile procurement practices. Ensure governance, compliance, and responsible sourcing standards globally. What makes you successful Significant experience in strategic procurement of raw or direct materials (vitamins or chemical ingredients preferred) Proven leadership of regional or global procurement initiatives in complex, multinational environments. Strong supplier and stakeholder relationship management skills, including communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation. Previous experience managing projects in complex, multi-national environment and strong problem-solving abilities. Prior experience driving successful change management within complex organizations. Tertiary qualifications in manufacturing or a science-related field is preferred, with a strong understanding of food processing and chemical production. Business Proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, French, is beneficial. Strong attention to detail, resilient and solution oriented.
