Location: Warsaw (Hybrid/On-site) | Global Scope
Function: Procurement + R&D | Focus: Innovation, Cost Optimization, Supply Chain Resilience
Are you passionate about driving innovation through strategic procurement? Do you thrive in cross-functional environments where R&D meets supply chain strategy? If so, we want to meet you.
We’re looking for a Global Procurement Project Manager to support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives and lead value engineering projects alongside our R&D teams. This role is key in shaping how procurement adds value to product development, ensuring cost-efficient and supply-resilient innovations hit the market on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to embed procurement strategy into product development
  • Influence early design decisions—material selection, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency
  • Identify supply chain risks during product launches and develop proactive mitigation plans
  • Lead procurement input in NPI project milestones, supplier performance, and cost-out initiatives
  • Coordinate global R&D savings projects and collaborate with category managers to drive efficiencies
  • Facilitate meetings that align product development with procurement goals

    What You Bring

  • 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain—preferably in an NPI or R&D environment

  • Strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience influencing design and innovation from a procurement lens
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Skilled in MS Office, with familiarity in Power BI or Tableau a bonus
  • Project Management certification is a plus (e.g., PMP, Prince2)

    Why Join Us?
You’ll play a strategic role at the intersection of innovation and operations, in a global team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and transformation. Your work will impact not just cost but how we bring products to life across borders.
    Travel: 5–10%
Career growth: Work across geographies and collaborate with senior stakeholders
    Culture: Empowering, innovative, and cross-functional
Ready to Make an Impact? We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, regardless of background or experience. At Solenis, we believe in the power of diverse perspectives and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
We understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we’d love to learn more about you.
