The Opportunity Your Impact As Global Procurement Direct Buyer your responsibilities would consist of : This position will co-pilot the management of Direct Materials category in PMF (SEMOLA) The total spend to manage is approx. USD 40MM /year Manage >10 PMF Suppliers & RFP´s (Supplier Relationship Management) Harmonize bidding process and cost structures for PMF Co-lead, design and implement Sustainility projects for region/scope (PeP+ agenda) Validate new sourcing origins and supplier development for sole sourcing materials Deliver Net Productivity assigned for region/scope Financial Analysis Experience Responsibilities Co-Define and execute the strategy for Direct Materials bringing the best cost to the area/scope Lead the RFX process and responsible for achieve the deadlines, extablish the success of communications with stakeholders, to make sure that we have the responses on time. Implement negotiations without disruptions and follow the execution E2E Deep dive in the category, consolidate volume/spend/vendors of all sites and BUs in order to leverage our volume, when possible in a regional or Global level Ensure the implementation of legal contract management process that will cover 100% of Suppliers Work with COE to provide the best alternatives for categories, including timing, cost, insurance, quality, etc. Build a strong relationship with the internal clients (Manufacturing; Warehouse; Supply Planning, Legal, Quality, Finance, etc) Work with Regional team and local Market in order to define, develop and implement BCP´s for key materials Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture or Economy 3 to 6 years experience on Procurement/Sourcing with potential to continue to advance within the GP organization Skill to identify and take the opportunities Expertise in financial analysis and cost modeling Strong organizational, execution and negotiating skills English skills is highly desirable Agriculture sustainable sourcing experience is highly desirable Strong Interpersonal skills – ability to work effectively as part of a team in an unstructured environment; comfortable and effective in influencing at all levels; ability to tactfully give/receive constructive feedback Negotiation skills with high knowledge in Grains (at least 3 years) and Process management change Highly Collaborative - within Global Procurement and PepsiCo divisions; with internal customers and suppliers; conflict resolution and team building If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
