Oversee daily development activities, drive execution, control quality of development work of the team Raise up consistent constructive suggestions and actions to achieve and exceed KPIs; Coach teammates to handle the difficult cases raised by customer or functional teams; Predict problems and provide solutions; Work proactively with related parties to make things happen; Involve in the department's project and play the key role. GPD Requirement Strong Critical Thinking Skills Demonstrates the ability to analyze complex situations logically, evaluate multiple perspectives, and make well-informed decisions based on data and context. Effective Problem Solving Proactive and detail-oriented in identifying root causes of issues and developing practical, innovative, and sustainable solutions with minimal supervision. Proficiency in data entry, data validation, and data analysis. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
