The Global Product Manager is responsible for the overall ownership of Wet Etch and Cleans portfolio within the Microelectronics product portfolio and will be responsible to drive top line growth, margin expansion, technical leadership and customer satisfaction, and focus on continued improvement with DBS leadership.
This position reports to the Director for Global Product Management and is part of the MicroE Product Management located in Hsinchu, Taiwan and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead a global product portfolio to develop, communicate and implement application and product strategies, ensuring the application aligns with business objectives and delivers value to customers across the value chain.
- Provide product, application and technology guidance and leadership for Wet Etch and Cleans. Conduct market research and competitive analysis, update application needs and customer evolving requirements for performances, continuously enhance product positioning and value proposition to grow top line and expand margin.
- Launch new products and innovations. Actively engage customer with VOC and use customer insight and technology trends to improve product performance and differentiation. Responsible for product launches and post launch success as well as ongoing optimization working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, and sales, ensuring timely delivery of improved products.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing and promotion strategies. Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product related inquiries and updates.
- Lead growth by applying DBS tools in daily management and problem solving. Be an expert on Kaizen and grounded with Gemba.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in semiconductor B2B sales, marketing, product management, technical service, or engineering.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communication skills for direct communication with customers, co-workers, and partners at all levels, all functions, and all regions of the organization.
- Able to work under tight timeline and with global time zones.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Able to travel a minimum 40% of time to both domestic and international markets.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Direct experiences working in wet etch and cleans field with fabs, OEMs or electronics grade material suppliers.
- Product management or product marketing experiences with a global portfolio.
- MBA degree or advanced technical credential.
