The Global Product Manager is responsible for driving force behind software innovation for our G Audio product line, working hand-in-hand with Hardware Product Managers to create seamless experiences that help gamers find their flow and perform at their best. In this role you will: Product Strategy & Roadmap Development Define and execute software feature strategies for Logitech G headset, microphones and future audio products Create and drive comprehensive feature roadmaps that align with business objectives and user needs Collaborate closely with Hardware Product Managers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration Drive software innovation initiatives that differentiate our audio products in the gaming market Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with engineering teams across Chennai, Europe, and the US to deliver exceptional software experiences Work closely with Marketing teams to effectively communicate and promote software features through the G HUB app and other channels Coordinate with design, research, and data teams to ensure user-centered product development Lead feature definition processes from concept through launch and beyond Product Execution & Delivery Translate user insights and market opportunities into detailed product requirements Drive agile development processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and data insights Manage feature prioritization and resource allocation across multiple development streams Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: Experience & Background 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer electronics or gaming products Proven track record of successfully launching software products or features Experience working with global, distributed engineering and UX teams Background in audio technology, gaming, or consumer hardware software is a plus Technical & Analytical Skills Strong technical acumen with ability to work effectively with engineering teams Experience with software development processes and agile methodologies Data-driven approach to product decisions with strong analytical capabilities Understanding of user experience principles and design thinking Leadership & Communication Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate ambiguous challenges Natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional team environments Preferred Qualifications: Passion for gaming and understanding of gamer needs and behaviors Customer-obsessed mindset with empathy for user experiences Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive clarity in complex situations Results-oriented with a track record of delivering impact #LI-SL1/104 Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
