THE ROLE

As Global Product Manager, you will operate as the Product Owner across two SCRUM teams, working closely with the CEO to execute the product roadmap. This role is hands-on and highly cross-functional, bridging product development, customer feedback, support, pricing strategy, and quality assurance. You will lead release management, drive feature planning, and ensure delivery excellence across both hardware and software components of the Mechasys platform.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGEXECUTION & PRODUCT OWNERSHIP

• Act as Product Owner for two SCRUM teams, managing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team coordination
• Track, triage, and prioritize bugs and improvement requests to support continuous product refinement
• Lead the release planning process, selecting features for deployment in alignment with the strategic roadmap defined by the CEO
• Participate directly in QA and validation testing, ensuring each release meets performance and quality expectations
• Oversee the delivery of Layout Cloud Pro, our upcoming cloud platform that bridges field layout and office workflows
