Job Description Global product manager lead the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and market performance of our Comfort Actuators product line, specifically focusing on Automotive Body Drives, e.g. Window Lift and Sunroof Drives; Rsponsible for defining product strategy, analyzing competitive landscapes, managing roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide to drive growth and innovation in the automotive actuator market. Competence requirement • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in strategic business planning processes, innovation management methods, and market analysis tools. • Commercial & Technical Acumen: Strong cross-functional understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of product management. • Market & Customer Focus: Deep market and customer understanding with a strong customer-oriented approach. • Problem-Solving & Creativity: Analytical problem-solving skills with a creative and solution-oriented mindset. • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. • Leadership & Resilience: Ability to lead initiatives, deliver results in uncertain situations, and demonstrate flexibility in a volatile environment. • Collaboration: A strong team player with a sharing mindset, capable of working effectively across different functions and cultures. • Data Management: Competence in data management practices and an understanding of Artificial Intelligence applications in a business context. • Sales Process Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
