MiQ is not your average programmatic media partner. We are experts in data science, analytics and omnichannel programmatic trading with a focus on quality and performance. We are seeking a motivated, dynamic Global Product Marketing Manager to support our growing global team.
Reporting to the Senior Global Product Marketing Manager, Platform & Tech, you will work closely with Account Management, Product, Tech, Sales, Data Science and Marketing to drive and enable global hands-on-keyboard adoption of our technology platform with our clients. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on how we communicate the value of our technology to customers, ensure client adoption and success using the platform, and roll out a regular cadence of exciting features to drive client retention.

YOUR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years experience in a Product Marketing role
  • Experience in a technology, ad tech, martech or SaaS business
  • Understanding of the advertising ecosystem
  • Experience in clear, customer centric product copywriting
  • A record of increasing levels of responsibility and achievement
  • Experience working in a very fast, dynamic environment and across global regions

Responsibilities

As part of the global product marketing team, your main responsibility will be to support commercialisation efforts aimed at retaining and growing our current customer accounts by increasing client adoption of the MiQ Sigma platform. You’ll achieve this through:

  • Ensuring platform ease-of-use: Developing and owning the process to ensure all in-platform communications are customer-friendly, on-brand and in support of retention and growth strategies - including service notification, help articles and tool tips.
  • Frictionless customer onboarding: Developing and owning the customer onboarding process to MiQ Sigma, including collateral development and training assets.
  • Increasing adoption and stickiness: Working with global commercial leads, developing and driving adoption of a global customer partnership program aligned to our platform tiers to nurture retention, growth and partnership value, including QBR frameworks, joint marketing initiatives (such as case studies, awards, PR), priority beta programs, feedback roundtables etc.
  • Feature go-to-market: Owning the launch and refinement of features aimed at retaining and growing current customers.
