As the Global Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth and adoption of our Wiring Accessories and Home Automation portfolios on a global scale. Working closely with the global product lines teams, you will help to position our products as industry-leading solutions, build comprehensive domain knowledge, translate product technical features into compelling customer value propositions, and you will work on product and solutions launches in collaboration with global Division and Local Sales organizations. As HS Global Product Marketing Specialist you will report to the Head of Product Marketing and Sales Development within the Business Line Home Solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement global product marketing strategies in line with the global product strategy of the Business Line Home Solutions, which is part of the Smart Buildings Division in the Electrification Business Area. Each day, you will work in teams to develop marketing activities and support Sales organizations to achieve the assigned targets for the Business Line. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #Linkedin_Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Supports the implementation of global product marketing initiatives in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product strategy. Executes the annual global marketing plan in collaboration with global product management, sales development and local product marketing teams. Coordinates market analyses with the Local Sales teams and defines appropriate plans related to product marketing. Evaluates and shares customer research, market conditions, and competitor data. License to Operate / Core Values Demonstrates ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly. Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area. Ensures adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies. Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities. Collaboration / Leadership Provides product marketing support to the Local Product Marketing teams. Facilitates knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration. Qualifications for the role : University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing.
