Description

POSITION: GLOBAL TECHNICAL PROJECT DIRECTOR

Location: On-Site @ MD HQ (Strongly preferred) or Remote (NOT preferred)
Reports To: Executive Leadership
Department: Strategic Technology Programs

POSITION SUMMARY

AiNET is seeking a world-class Global Technical Project Director to lead and transform mission-critical projects across our international operations. This is not a conventional project management role — it is a high-impact, cross-disciplinary leadership position reserved for individuals who possess exceptional analytical capabilities, deep technical fluency, and a proven track record of delivering transformational outcomes at scale.
The ideal candidate is not only fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken), but can also bridge the gap between complex technology and high-level business strategy — driving innovation, streamlining operations, and leading elite teams with precision and integrity.
If you do not consistently outperform your peers, drive measurable multimillion-dollar outcomes, and thrive under extreme ownership — this role is not for you.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent technical field.
  • Minimum 5years of experience leading global, cross-functional technical programs with P&L accountability.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing $100M+ budgets.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory. Other languages are a plus.
  • Prior success leading teams of 10+ technical professionals across multiple disciplines and global locations.
  • Documented track record of identifying and implementing revenue-driving or cost-saving initiatives worth $100M+.
  • Deep familiarity with IT systems, enterprise cloud, network design, cybersecurity, and system architecture.
  • Mastery of PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project), methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and reporting systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certification.
  • ITIL®, Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 27001 Auditor or Implementation credentials.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming/scripting languages is a strong plus.
  • Experience with AI/ML integrations or drone systems development preferred.
  • Exposure to government or high-regulation environments is highly desirable.
