Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Global Quality to lead and continuously improve the quality strategy, governance framework, and management systems across a global manufacturing and supply chain environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving quality excellence throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with international standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations while supporting business growth, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Define and implement the global quality strategy, policies, and governance framework Lead quality management activities across the entire product lifecycle and supply chain Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Drive company-wide quality initiatives, audits, reviews, and continuous improvement programs Establish and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics across the organization Lead and develop global quality teams, ensuring appropriate structure, resources, and capabilities Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic quality and operational initiatives Support product validation, qualification, and regulatory compliance activities Oversee supplier quality, manufacturing quality, and development quality processes Manage quality laboratories and ensure effective testing and validation practices Drive customer satisfaction through proactive quality management and issue resolution Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the organization Requirements Degree in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related engineering discipline 10+ years of experience in quality leadership within the semiconductor industry Proven experience leading global quality organizations and driving organizational change Expert knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and quality management systems Strong understanding of ISO 17025, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and related industry standards Deep expertise in automotive quality core tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA Experience with semiconductor, automotive, and high-tech manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management, and continuous improvement frameworks Experience with customer quality, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, and regulatory compliance Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities Experience managing international teams across multiple locations Fluent English required; French is considered an advantage Benefits Permanent full-time position Opportunity to shape and lead global quality strategy at executive level Exposure to international operations, manufacturing sites, and strategic stakeholders High level of ownership and influence across business functions Dynamic, innovation-driven engineering environment Long-term leadership and career development opportunities International collaboration across quality, operations, supply chain, and product development teams
