Description
Execute and own multiple quality expertise areas at a global level for the ingredient business, with a focus on perfumery ingredients. Provide expert support to quality teams and manage projects related to ingredient quality, process transfer, and innovation. Quality Support: Support process transfer, outsourcing, and new raw material introduction. Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines, including analytical method alignments and manufacturing process optimization. Expertise in Perfumery Ingredients: Advise on perfumery ingredient specifications, analytical techniques, and manufacturing tolerances. Autonomy: Make high-level decisions in ingredient processes, drive initiatives, and act as the preferred point of contact for analytical and technical matters. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, affiliates, and cross-functional teams. Training & Coaching: Conduct training and coaching for peers and facilitate information sharing. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience in quality systems and analytical techniques. Ability to lead, motivate, and influence peers. Experience with LIMS and/or SAP is a plus.
