Global Quality Manager - BAM
Location: This position will be located in Buffalo (NY), Dallas or Manchester.
Reports To: Senior Director of Operations, BAM.

Summary
The Global Quality Manager is responsible for driving improvements across the whole supply chain globally to achieve or exceed improvement targets in the area of quality performance.
This role cascades targets to plants within the Business Unit and uses Operational Excellence methodologies to deliver improvements in customer facing metrics, while reducing risk to Alkegen. Specifically the role focusses on reduction in complaints received from customers and the underlying improvement in processes in manufacturing and aligned departments to improve the customer experience.
The role ensures that plants become and stay in compliance with regulatory requirements (eg ISO9001 / IATF16949) applicable to the business unit.
The role focusses on the improvement of internal processes to deliver improved customer satisfaction and reduced risk while engaging teams in the BU to operate with a “zero defect” and “zero loss” mindset. Key
The role holder will liaise with multiple functional stakeholders, coordinating quality processes from pre-serial production (APQP) and will directly represent Alkegen with the customer.
Critical to the success of this professional will be their ability to be a proactive leader who is collaborative, drives for results, develops individuals and teams, and builds processes that lead to sustainable performance.
