What you’ll do Lead programs [insert group/functional area] related projects to solve complex business problems. Build solutions that will improve [insert relevant] business processes and support critical business strategies. Provide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through data collection and analysis. Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders. Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process. Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure. Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 15+ years of experience in the semiconductors's industry environment, preferably in the area of spin-clean or dry-etch semiconductors 12+ years of related experience in project/program management Solid experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support Proven experience in dealing with global suppliers Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English What We're Offering This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in the occupation group H. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
