Your missions : Context CEVA ANIMAL HEALTH is seeking a Global Quality Systems Manager to lead and strengthen its Global Quality Systems . In this role, you will drive harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the worldwide organization, ensuring CEVA’s Quality Management System is aligned with regulatory and market expectations and internal standards. Key Responsibilities Develop, write, train, and/or approve Global Quality Systems Standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring harmonization across markets, sites, and functions. Act as Global Process Owner for QMS processes: Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, Document Management, Training, Risk Management, Product Quality Review, Audits, and CQMS tool. Define Group Quality KPIs and serve as Subject Matter Expert for analysis, interpretation, and improvement actions. Support the digitalization of global quality processes in partnership with other departments. Coordinate and animate Quality Systems communities and benchmarking activities. Ensure alignment of CEVA processes with evolving GxP requirements for Quality Systems. Manage the Global QA Systems team and foster cross-functional engagement. Your profile : Qualifications Master’s degree or Engineering degree in a relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of global Quality Management Systems and regulatory expectations in pharmaceutical industry. Ability to drive standardization and continuous improvement across diverse functions and sites. Experience managing teams and facilitating global communities is a plus. Ability to communicate fluently in English. Other languages (such as French) are a plus Location: Libourne (FR), Budapest (HU). Mobility: National and international travel, up to 15% of the time.
