To strengthen our HQ in Groot Bijgaarden, we are looking for a:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• You are the expert on the product category in terms of formulation, recipe, and process
• You define & optimize, in close collaboration with the different countries, the product range including new product developments and renovations of products
• You accelerate the implementation of Puratos Patisserie Mixes solutions and innovations by visiting the customers and mastering their processes
• You ensure knowledge building, documentation, and exchange of technical & scientific know-how in the field, between HQ and local R&D teams
• You develop relationships and/or partnerships with external stakeholders (e.g. suppliers)
• You participate in the organization of training R&D managers
• You collaborate with operations (incl. production, supply chain, quality, and purchasing) and give support by sharing expertise (e.g. perform raw material risk assessment)
