Responsibilities
  • Act as a key advisor that manages the company’s interest in real estate transactions and is directly responsible for a portion of the Americas region. This role will provide professional advice and recommendations, utilizing subject matter expertise, to the business leadership team, controllers, and executives. This includes adopting a tactical approach to active transactions and positioning a strategic approach to ensure that the lease financial obligations align with longer-term real estate plans.
  • Develop and present business cases to executive leadership, based on thorough due diligence and comprehensive financial analysis.
  • Work with the brokerage community to develop RFP’s crafted to meet business goals and objectives
  • Manage third-party broker, contractor, developer, and landlord relationships.
  • Engages internal/ external legal and Environmental Health Safety consultants to review lease documentation, Estoppel Certificates, SNDA forms, etc., to ensure that lease terms and conditions are reflected in the agreements to mitigate financial and legal risk to Trane Technologies.
  • Responsible for logging and tracking departmental productivity & commission rebates /creating a dashboard view for team report-outs. Includes review of fee split calculation, commission billing, and collection follow-up. Chairs commission meetings, responsible for data collection and historical trends
