We are looking for a Global Recruiter 1 at Sizanid Staffing to support our international clients by sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various industries and geographic locations. This role requires a detail-oriented recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates for global roles. Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications. Communicate regularly with candidates and clients to provide updates and manage expectations. Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements. Participate in recruitment meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a global or international recruitment environment. Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards. Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and work under deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Must be legally authorized to work in relevant countries as required by role.
