Company Description As a Global Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our hiring strategy, driving performance through data, and ensuring we attract and hire top talent in a competitive market. This is a strategic yet hands-on position for someone who enjoys combining leadership, operational excellence, and strong recruitment expertise. Job Description Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery Define and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy across all regions, ensuring alignment with business priorities Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction Anticipate hiring needs and build proactive pipelines for critical and high-impact roles Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 Talent Acquisition professionals, including 2 Team Leads Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement Support Team Leads in structuring their teams, managing workload, and developing their capabilities International Collaboration Partner closely with stakeholders across multiple countries to understand hiring needs and market dynamics Ensure consistency in recruitment practices while adapting to local market specificities Act as a key point of contact for senior leadership on all Talent Acquisition topics Performance & Reporting Define, track, and analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion rates, etc.) Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership to support decision-making Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven action plans Process Optimization & Innovation Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, sourcing and recruitment strategies Drive initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding Leverage market insights to refine targeting and increase hiring effectiveness Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams Challenge and influence hiring decisions with a data-driven and market-informed approach Ensure alignment between recruitment strategy and business needs Qualifications Recruitment/HR background 2 to 3 years of minimum experience in a similar role Experience in international/multi-country environments Prior experience in fast-paced service industries Strong expertise on C-level recruitment expertise Additional Information HR Policy Unleash your potential with our Ayming Academy and Ayming Digital Academy!
