QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Marketing qualifications and 5 years+ in a consumer product or similar marketing role
  • Ability to effectively manage agency relationships
  • High attention to detail, copywriting & proof-reading skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and across function
  • Effective communication and organisational skills, managing both global and regional stakeholders
  • Experience with Project Management platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com or Notion is desirable.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to help drive our Global Retail marketing plans across physical retail & digital. You will lead on strategy, creative development, and execution of marketing campaigns for all New Product Development (NPD).
In this role, you will prepare creative materials for new products, category initiatives, and digital service offerings that help to convert consumers along the path to purchase. You will primarily manage marketing content for the Breville & Sage brands, ensuring all creative assets align with our global brand strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creative Strategy: Lead strategy and creative development for NPD with our creative agency partners. Prepare briefs, tracking progress and ensuring on-brand execution for all campaign deliverables. This includes development of:
  • Product Communications Hierarchy
  • Retail Kits with Product Story, Key Visuals, Imagery, POS Renderings & Packaging
  • Sell-in Materials such as presentations and decks required for regional launch sessions
  • Project Management: Leverage Project Management platforms to oversee end-to-end, all retail marketing projects. Regular management of both internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality assets on time and within agreed budget.
  • POS: Develop Global POS support collateral for each NPD launch to deliver premium retail execution and enhance brand visibility.

Global Category Initiatives: Create marketing initiatives that deliver category growth for all key categories

  • Regional Support: Present marketing campaigns to regional stakeholders, regularly meet to align on local market launch strategies and adapt creative content.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Work with cross-functional teams for projects such as New Market Expansions that meet brand, compliance, and logistical requirements.
  • Process Refinement: Continuously refine marketing processes and GTM team collaboration to help improve business efficiency.
  • Brand Advocacy: Champion the brand values, strategy, and guidelines for Breville & Sage across all touchpoints.
