QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  • Experience of delivering within a Retail or Customer-driven environment.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office 365 applications.
  • Familiar with & proficient in retail math.
  • Organized, efficient, self-motivated, solution-oriented individual.
  • Works well as both team leader & team member.
  • Ability to react to change.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication & time management skills.

EXPERIENCE

  • Retail store experience, preferably with a luxury brand.
  • Multi store or corporate retail expedience leading stores in an operational role is a plus.
  • SAP Retail & Oracle experience is a plus.
  • POS and Payments experience preferable.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for bringing consistency to and reducing complexity and inefficiency across global store operations through simplified store trainings, policies, procedures and systems; clearly defined store roles and responsibilities, consistent standards to deliver in-store service excellence and enhanced in store management controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with project teams to ensure a smooth transition of projects to BAU following agreed process.
  • Regular communication to SLT and senior stakeholders on progress of global projects
  • Ensure the Retail Training Team is provided with the necessary tools and content to deliver training to the wider global training team.
  • Work closely with Retail teams to deliver operational ways of working (including documented process and systems where appropriate). on time and in a state capable of being implemented and trained.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure retail changes are managed, prioritized and controlled effectively, and store technical solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to the customer experience/journey.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive and deliver end-to-end process controls and in store operational standards.
  • Defining the operational processes and retail roles required to deliver back of house operations excellence in retail stores.
  • Build and roll out global operational trainings, in line with the strategy and big brand moments.
