We're currently looking for a Global RGM Manager (Digital Commerce & SE) for our office in Maidenhead. What’s in it for you? Drive real business impact by shaping pricing, promotions, and growth strategy across international markets Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with strong exposure to Digital Commerce and senior stakeholders Grow your career in a dynamic, international company with ambitious expansion plans What you’ll be doing Act as a strategic business partner to Digital Commerce and SE teams, driving the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda Lead pricing and promotion analytics to unlock sustainable revenue and margin growth across key markets (UK, US, SE & ITB) Deliver actionable insights through pricing analysis (non-Power BI tools) to support both long-term strategy and short-term execution Evaluate and optimize promotional effectiveness, recommending improvements to campaign calendars and activation strategies Monitor and track RGM performance, including revenue growth and gross margin improvements (YoY) Regularly review category and brand performance to identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, analytics, and central teams to strengthen RGM capabilities and mindset Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management, ideally within FMCG, healthcare, or other fast-moving environments Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions Experience with pricing strategy, promotion effectiveness, and market data analysis Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus Analytical mindset with strong numerical reasoning skills Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships in an international setup Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Fluent in English Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions Flexible schedule and life work balance Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry Very positive work environment in a young, international, and motivated team Start-up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong values Karo Healthcare has a Diverse & Inclusive environment.
