About the job
As a Global Reward Lead you will become part of the Global HR team and be responsible for driving and supporting the reward initiatives across Fagron. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing effective reward practices. You’ll work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders and will contribute expert analytical insights across various aspects of the reward strategy, including salary management, equal pay, gender pay gap, short term bonus, long term incentive initiatives, and approach to total reward. The role requires a high energy, entrepreneurial spirited and passionate colleague who is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. The ideal candidate has a strong background in compensation and benefits, data analysis, and a passion for enhancing employee experience. The position is based in Rotterdam, reporting to the Global HR Director.
