Responsibilities
  • Preparation of analyses, reports, and decision-making templates
  • Development of queries and dashboards (CRM administration, Microsoft Power BI)
  • Maintenance and expansion of data structures in the CRM system in coordination with decision-makers (international)
  • Active participation in the development of sales strategies, planning, and processes
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordination and monitoring of national and international sales projects in alignment with management
  • Independent management and participation in projects aimed at increasing sales effectiveness/efficiency
  • Management of smaller projects to optimize administrative processes
  • Preparation and follow-up of national and international trade fairs.
  • Coordination and controlling of complaint
