Description
You will be responsible for the global administration of the Global Sales programme, ensuring all systems and processes linked to the programme are working in line with the objectives set for Global Sales at optimum levels, as well as be the primary point of contact for regions and local teams for operational queries on the program and work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to address queries or issues. Key responsibilities: ▪ Act as the primary point of contact for regions and local teams for operational queries on the program and work in collaboration with internal stakeholders including IT, Ecommerce, Loyalty, sales and distribution to address queries or issues. ▪ Monitor and maintain orderliness of the Global Sales web page and member login page. Liaise with IT and Ecommerce team on updates, amendments and functional issues. ▪ Evaluate and consolidate retro-crediting requests from the network, while ensuring accruals and retro crediting requests are processed timely, and Qrewards reflect in the customer's accounts. ▪ Prepare track code update report. ▪ Monitor Global Sales enrolment status and station processing. ▪ Validate qualifying account information of Global Sales customers and ensuring this information reflects accurately across related systems of Loyalty and Galaxy ▪ A proven ability to work and negotiate in a multicultural environment and strong communication/interpersonal skills. ▪ Excellent relationship building skills. ▪ Good network within QR and knowledge of travel industry. ▪ Strong analytical and problem solving skills. ▪ Ability to handle and process large blocks of data. ▪ Ability to evaluate processes and make recommendations for improvement. ▪ Strong conversant with QR process flows and tools (e.g. Beyond Business, Galaxy, Pricing/Distribution technology and processes). ▪ Proven commercial skills and business acumen (able to spot and interpret market trends)
