YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of solution consulting experience, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
  • Strong affinity for innovative technology, data, and automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of M365 or Google Docs.
  • Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and deliver exceptional results.
  • Passion for digital innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus preferably one of the Scandinavian languages.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Digital Solutions Consultant, you will lead consulting activities across global and selected national accounts, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions. From consulting and project management to training and strategy execution, your work will directly contribute to business success, customer satisfaction, and process efficiencies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide Kuehne+Nagel Account Teams and clients on digital solutions during key touchpoints such as RFI, RFQ, and QBR stages.
  • Deliver training programs to sales colleagues and other customer-facing staff, enhancing their digital solution expertise.
  • Lead and support consulting projects using Digital Solutions methodologies, and collaborate with the Supply Chain Design Team.
  • Ensure seamless transitions from consulting to implementation in collaboration with business units (Sea, Air, and Road).
  • Identify areas to upsell technology, improving customer loyalty and positioning solutions as unique value propositions.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance digital tools, working closely with DSM, IT, and logistics teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Drive internal efficiencies and ensure ease of use for stakeholders.
  • Implement global Digital Solutions strategies within your designated area.
