Global Sales Enablement Specialist Weir Minerals Rockhampton Hybrid Make your impact The Global Sales Enablement Specialist turns Weir Minerals’ global sales strategies into consistent, high‑quality execution across regions—ensuring sellers have the tools, content, and training they need to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer value. By coordinating programs, platforms, and communications, this role provides the operational backbone that keeps global priorities aligned with regional action. What you’ll do Manage global enablement content and platforms Maintain SharePoint sites, structured libraries, and version control to ensure playbooks, toolkits, training materials, and sales assets are organised, current, and accessible. Coordinate global enablement communications Plan, create, and publish newsletters, updates, and announcements across platforms such as SharePoint and Canva, ensuring consistent and timely communication. Drive operational delivery of global enablement programs Execute training and program logistics, including scheduling, virtual session setup, attendance tracking, material distribution, and maintaining program trackers. Support governance and enablement cadences Manage recurring and ad‑hoc enablement meetings by coordinating agendas, pre‑reads, action logs, and follow‑up to ensure consistent governance across forums. Coordinate regional enablement operations Act as the central liaison between global and regional teams, consolidating inputs for dashboards and reporting, maintaining calendars, and ensuring timely access to enablement assets. Support sales transformation and CRM adoption Assist with sales transformation initiatives and CRM usage by monitoring adoption metrics, engaging with key users, and supporting data quality and enablement effectiveness. What you’ll bring Must-haves: 3–5 years’ experience in coordination, operations, administration, or sales enablement support, ideally within a global or matrixed organization Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and comfortable working with CRM systems such as Salesforce Highly organized, execution-focused, and proactive with strong follow-through and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones Nice-to-haves: Experience supporting sales, enablement, marketing, or operational teams Tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or related discipline Experience managing content and documentation within SharePoint or similar platforms Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities Applications will close 1 March 2026 Why join Weir?
