About the job
The Global Sales Excellence Coordinator will be responsible supporting specific project-related tasks to drive sales effectiveness and enablement, currently performed by the Global Sales Excellence Team. S/he will support the team with ongoing projects to free up time for new, value-added projects to drive Commercial Leadership & Excellence for Global Sales and Property Sales.
Additionally, the Global Sales Excellence Coordinator will play a crucial role in the successful relaunch and maintenance of the Fan Club Program.
Aligned with our 10-year strategy, there are significant new projects and initiatives to embark upon for which additional support is needed.
As a Global Sales Excellence Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Sales Team Effectiveness: 20%

  • Support annual NAL process
  • Support annual MwMO (Global Sales Calendar) creation, publishing, participant & budget tracking, reporting and evaluations (annual creation, daily administration)
  • Support Trade Marketing Manager to drive sales effectiveness

Revenue Tracking & Data Hygiene: 15%

  • Support quarterly revenue reconciliation for Global Sales Team
  • Identify root causes for lacking data hygiene in HMS (quarterly)

Operational Excellence/Administrative Support: 15%

  • Assist with sales training registrations, venue coordination, sales training evaluations and recharges (daily during project)
  • Support Tai Pan Club incl. participant qualification, event planning and coordination (daily during project)
  • Maintenance/enhancement of Sales Central page (monthly)
  • Support Director, GSEx with admin tasks including expense reports, data analysis, ad hoc projects (daily)
  • Budget Management (weekly)

Sales Excellence: 50%

  • Coordinates Fan Club Program including membership maintenance, sales systems updates, and web content management

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
